Easy ways to stay slim are useful if you have lost weight and wish to maintain your current weight.

Reduce the amount of alcohol that you drink. Wine and beer are full of empty calories and just a glass or two every night will add up to a lot of calories over a year.

Exercising will help you to stay healthy and burn off excess calories. Exercise also helps to boost the metabolism so doing as much exercise as you have time for is very important if you wish to remain slim.

Being the correct weight and having the right body shape will mean that you stay young, stay sharp and have vibrant aging. The correct diet/nutrition and plenty of exercise will ensure that you have strong bones and stay slim.
