to a lot of calories over a year.
Exercising will help you to stay healthy and burn off excess calories.
Exercise also helps to boost the metabolism so doing as much exercise
as you have time for is very important if you wish to remain slim.

that you stay young, stay sharp and have vibrant aging. The correct
diet/nutrition and plenty of exercise will ensure that you have
strong bones and stay slim.
